I should not have had to wait this long to get this resolved. I called them the day I found out there was a problem (Jan 22). It is now MAY.

Question: How could I be told TWICE I was a month ahead, with a 30 day grace besides, and have my policy cancelled over paying my Jan payment mid-month? Whenever I called I could not get any clear answers!

1. Give me proper credit for Dec payment - FIX THEIR ACCOUNTING MIX-UP. They have me as only paying $31.64 for December--I paid them $325 for December! They sent me back $31.64 as an "Overpayment for December" They have this backwards!! Now they are saying this is for November, which is new and not even possible!

2. Acknoweldge, apologize for (and FIX) their error of mixing up their $31.64 Dec overpayment refund with my actual payment of $325, and for trying to change this to Nov to cover their tracks.

3. IF telling me I was a month ahead TWICE was in error, acknowlege, explain, and apologize for their error. If it wasn't an error and I WAS paid ahead, please fix it and credit my account.

4. Reinstate coverage for Dec 2014 and Jan 2015

5. Reprocess ALL medical bills from Dec 2014 and Jan 2015 that have been submitted and denied. Please pay promptly.

6. Since I had to CANCEL needed medical appointments and I was unable to receive the care I needed and should have received due to their error, the LEAST they could do is not charge me for the months of February, March or April.

7. I should be already paid for December, and should just owe for January (which I paid for too but they sent me refunds back - not accepting my payments) and May. Coverage should be for Dec., Jan., and May forward.

8. I should not be treated like a delinquent and have to do their auto bill pay. I will do it, but prefer to be paid ahead at least a month and I don't think their bill pay system allows for this. However, this is the least important of my requests.

Hope for Resolution Summary:

Of the above, the most important thing want from them is to reprocess and pay all the medical bills they denied from Dec and January.

The 2nd most important thing I would like is to have my health insurance coverage back so I can see the doctors and get the care I need. (Preferably without having to pay for the months I couldn't use the insurance or for the month of December which should be corrected ad acknowleged as paid (on time, in full and overpaid to boot!))
